Reception Hours

Our reception hours are Monday to Friday 9am3pm.

The hotel is open between the following hours;

Monday through to Saturday 10am – 12 midnight

Sunday 10am – 8 pm


Check in is available from 2pm on the day of arrival and check out is by 10am on the day of departure. Photo identification is required at check in.


All rooms are non-smoking. If you wish to smoke please do so outside away from doorways and windows. There is outdoor furniture located at both ends of the carpark with ash trays for your convenience. Consideration to other guests must be considered at all times.

It is almost impossible to clear the odour of cigarettes from the room in the time between guests departing and new guests arriving. There will also be extra laundry involved and possibly carpet cleaning required. This will result in a $500 fee plus any other expenses incurred including loss of income being charged to the departing guests card.

Room Use

All our motel rooms are to be used as an overnight accommodation facility, for the purpose of a place for a traveller to lodge.

Under no circumstances are the rooms to be used for any illegal activity, the full force of the police and the law will be used to prosecute the offender/s. All CCTV footage will also be made available.


The registered guest is responsible for all members of their party while at the motel. No visitors are allowed in the rooms after 10pm. Any damage to the room or motel property will be charged to the credit card given as security at the time of booking or check in, the guest will also be charged for any loss of income as a result of any damage if applicable.

If more than the maximum number of guests are found to be staying in the room you will be asked to leave immediately with no refund given.


A valid credit card and expiry date is required for all bookings. Your credit card will be charged on the day of your arrival as well as a $100 pre-authorisation which will be reimbursed after checkout if the room is found to be in a satisfactory condition and all mini-bar purchases paid for.

Businesses requesting accounts will have to do so prior to the guest’s arrival.


Cancellations up to 24 hours before the day of arrival will not incur a fee. Cancellations after this time will result in a property fee equal to 100% of the total amount paid for the reservation and will be charged to the guest’s card used to secure the booking.


Pets are not allowed. (Service animals welcome)
